Expanding people's, teams' and organizations' scope for solutions and action by consciously setting impulses inspires me. For me, creating opportunities in which teams can use different perspectives to drive innovation and experience optimal collaboration is the key to aligning organizations for the future. Thanks to my scientific background as a business psychologist and my systemic approach, I design my work to be effective and future-oriented.
